Christmas 2008

Garrett's parents spent Christmas in Miami with Garrett's brother and family so we celebrated Christmas with them, and Cousin Danny, a week early. It was nice to have a special night with them that wasn't so crazy with everything else that happens around Christmas. Aaron's favorite gifts were his kitchen and his new Cowboy outfit. He wasn't so sure about the horse at first because it makes noise, but now he loves riding it around the house.

We spent the entire week of Christmas in Bellevue/Issaquah with my family. Aaron had a great time sledding with his cousins. They had almost 16" by the time it was all over with.

We went to Brian and Caryn's for Christmas Eve dinner and then to Karen and David's after church for dessert and gifts. It gets pretty crazy with 8 kids and 10 adults opening gifts all at once, but Aaron had no problem jumping into the mix. It didn't take long before he remembered how tear into the paper.

Trying out his new blower, cape, and PJ pants.

Giving Dallas a snuggle with his new guitar.

It was wonderful waking up to a white Christmas this year. Santa brough Aaron a soccer goal and ball. He ran into the living room and started shooting in the goal. It was very cute. We spent the next few days with my parents relaxing and enjoying the time off of school and time with family.

Searching for more goodies.

He couldn't wait to start playing with all of his new toys.

I'm doing my best, but I don't think it'll ever catch up to Mia's.
